Teens less fit than parents
A survey conducted by the University of Otago in New Zealand found that kiwi teenagers are healthier than their parents. This survey was conducted in New Zealand for the first time in the world by directly comparing the overall physical health of the 15-year-old and the parents of the previous generation with the 15-year-old, and is compared to the survey statistics of the 15-year-old now and the 15-year-old in 1986/87. It measured and compared it in the same way as cycling and weight, but of course, the health of youth men was worse than that of their parents, but especially the health of youth women was noticeably worse. The young generation of girls has gained about 25 percent of their parents' weight, and in the same way, they have conducted two surveys in 2007 and 2015. The reason is that the diet has changed compared to the old generation, so it is because the number of high-fat foods such as instants has increased and the number of outside plays has decreased. I wonder if you are more confident in your health than your parents.
